BlueProton Returns Policy

Please review our policies below, as all purchases will be subject to them.

1) We offer a 15 Day Return Policy. To return or exchange an item, please email us for an RMA within 15 days.
2) RMA´s must be received back within two weeks after the RMA is issued. Merchandise received late will simply be returned to you.
3) All returns must be shipped by pre-paid freight by the customer. We will not accept any postage due or bill recipient packages.

Terms:
1) All items must be returned in their complete original packing
2) UPC must be intact. Any items missing a UPC will NOT be eligible for replacement nor refund (except if you purchased a "bulk" item.)
3) Replacements for defective items are shipped free of charge, subject to inventory on hand.
4) For items manufactured by us & bearing the BlueProton brand name, please see our warranty page.
5) For items with free shipping, we will deduct a shipping charge of $5.00 per item from the refunded amount plus restocking fee.
5) Any item returned for refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. (For unopened Toys, the credit will be the lower of current market value or 80% of original price paid)
Certain items are NOT accepted for return for any reason!
This includes: Wii´s, iPods, iPads, Zunes, Xbox´s, Playstations, Nooks, Ebook Readers, Digital Cameras/Camcorders, GPS units, Mobile Phones, Digital/Internet Phones such as Ooma, Headphones & Earphones & BlueTooth Headsets (for hygiene reasons), DVD´s, CD´s, Software, LCD/CRT/Plasmas Monitors and TV´s, and Food, Health, & Medical products, and opened Toys. For any issues with these items, you will be required to contact the manufacturer directly.
